Chicken Breasts

Cookware
- 9x13 pyrex dish
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp celery salt
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 8 chicken breasts
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
Steps
- Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, garlic cloves, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight.
- Dredge in bread crumbs.
- Spray 9x13 pyrex dish.
- Melt butter and shortening. Sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake @ 375 F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle rest, 10-20 minutes more.
