    note: Mom got this recipe from Caryl... not sure who that is yet.

  1. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, garlic cloves, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Dredge in bread crumbs.
  3. Spray 9x13 pyrex dish.
  4. Melt butter and shortening. Sprinkle over chicken.
  5. Bake @ 375 F for 45 minutes. Sprinkle rest, 10-20 minutes more.
